He is a licensed Real Estate Land Specialist in North Carolina (License # 181457). With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Boshoff specializes in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Remediation, Commercial UST & Systems Removals, and On-site/Mobile Laboratory Testing. He is an environmental professional and land specialist, well-versed in environmental site assessments, remediation, and land improvement, managing projects in NC, SC, VA, TN, LA, and CO. His continuing education includes NCREC Land Specialist Qualification and NCREC Land Use Optimization.

W.H. (Bill) Gibson, holding a B.S. in Geology from North Carolina State University (1974) and undertaking Grad. Studies in Hydrogeology at Oklahoma State University (1991), brings over 40 years of experience. His technical specialties include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Site Remediation, UST Removals and Site Assessments, and Geohydrological Studies. Mr. Gibson, a Project Manager, possesses extensive experience in environmental site assessments, remediation, and geophysics. His representative experience covers over 300 projects in NC, SC, GA, FL, VA, PA, NJ, MO, TX, involving assessments of petroleum facilities, dry-cleaning facilities, and industrial/manufacturing facilities. His continuing education includes the Application of Reflection Geophysics to Shallow Environmental Settings and Wetlands Ecology at UNC-Wilmington.
